As a general guide, allow about 20 totes for a studio or one-bedroom apartment, 40 for a two- or three-bedroom home, and 60 or more for a four-plus-bedroom house. Contact us if you have a special situation or need help choosing.

The standard rental is three full weeks (21 days). Need more time? Contact us before your due date. Extensions depend on availability; ask us about arrangements and any charges.

Yes. Each tote and dolly is pressure-washed with eco-friendly cleaning agents, then disinfected with a non-toxic product between rentals. Package inclusions are totes, lids, labels and a marker; ask us separately about dollies.

No. Specify a safe, covered location, such as a front porch, covered entryway or garage, so we can leave or collect the totes while you’re away.

Normal wear, minor scuffs and label residue are covered. A structurally destroyed or lost tote, including its lid, has a $15 replacement fee per tote.

We recommend at least seven days ahead, especially for moves at the end of the month. Next-day or same-week requests can often be accommodated, but availability is not guaranteed. Contact us to ask.

No security deposit is required. The published standard rate is $4 per tote for three weeks. The separate $15-per-tote loss or structural-damage policy applies; ask about terms before arranging an extension.
